Appointments

Initial diagnostic assessments are 50 minutes. 

Follow-up visits will be either 25-minute or 50-minute sessions depending on the treatment plan.

Health Insurance

Dr. David Gavin is a Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO and Aetna in-network provider.

Payment of Fees

Fees are due at time of service and can be paid by check, cash, or credit card.

Missed Appointments & Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours advance notice. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur the full appointment fee.
